1. Purpose

These General Terms of Use ("GTU") govern your access to and use of the Lucid360 service ("the Service") published by iclics SRL. By creating an account or using the Service, you unreservedly accept these GTU.

2. Service Description

Lucid360 is an artificial intelligence copilot for entrepreneurs, primarily within the Belgian regulatory framework. The Service notably offers:

• conversational support (onboarding and AI-assisted chat);
• document generation (e.g., feasibility study, business plan, financial plan) based on the information you provide;
• informative guidance on Belgian formalities (BCE, TVA, ONSS, social contributions, regional aid, etc.);
• personalized regulatory monitoring, alerts, and a dashboard;
• a case "memory" that keeps track of the history, documents, and conversations associated with your project.

The Service is currently in a beta testing phase. It may evolve, be subject to interruptions, and contain limitations or imperfections. Certain features may be added, modified, or removed.

3. Account and Eligibility

Using the Service requires you to create an account with a valid email address and a password. You guarantee the accuracy of the information you provide and commit to keeping your login credentials confidential. The Service is intended for adults acting in a professional or entrepreneurial capacity. Email verification and an anti-robot mechanism (captcha) may be implemented.

4. Offers, Trial, and Prices

• Freemium: €0 — limited access to certain features.
• Start: €19 / month.
• Pro: €49 / month, with a 7-day free trial, no credit card required.

Prices are indicated in euros, excluding any applicable taxes. Payments and subscriptions are managed via our payment provider Stripe. Subscriptions are renewed for successive periods until terminated. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your billing area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. iclics SRL reserves the right to change its offers and prices, subject to reasonable prior notice.

5. Right of Withdrawal

If you are acting as a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By requesting immediate access to a digital service, you agree that its performance begins before the end of this period and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent purposes, or purposes infringing on the rights of third parties;
• attempt to bypass security measures, overload, or disrupt the infrastructure;
• massively extract content or reuse the Service to build a competing service;
• submit data that you do not have the right to possess.

7. Artificial Intelligence — Scope and Limitations

The Service relies on artificial intelligence models. The generated content is provided for informational purposes and may contain inaccuracies or outdated elements. It does not constitute personalized legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice and does not replace the advice of a qualified professional. You remain solely responsible for the decisions you make and the necessary verifications before any official use of the produced documents.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, its brand, its interfaces, and its code remain the property of iclics SRL. The data and content you enter, as well as the documents generated from them, belong to you. You grant iclics SRL a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license, strictly necessary for the hosting, processing, and provision of the Service (including the use of technical subcontractors described in the privacy policy).

9. Availability and Liability

The Service is provided "as is," without guarantee of continuous availability or absence of errors, especially during the beta phase. To the extent permitted by law, iclics SRL's liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages; it cannot be held liable for loss of data, turnover, opportunity, or any indirect damage. No provision limits liability in cases of fraud, gross negligence, or harm to life or personal integrity.

10. Suspension and Termination

You can close your account at any time. iclics SRL may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these GTU or abusive use. The consequences of processing your data after account closure are described in the privacy policy.

11. Modification of the GTU

These GTU may be modified. In case of substantial changes, you will be informed by an appropriate means. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These GTU are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the courts and tribunals of the judicial district of Namur, without prejudice to mandatory provisions protecting consumers. Contact: info@lucid360.eu.
