2. Publication Manager

3. Hosting
The web application is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States). Application data (database and storage) is hosted within the Supabase infrastructure (Supabase, Inc.), on servers located in the European Union.
4. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Lucid360 site and service (brand, logo, graphic charter, texts, interfaces, code) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of iclics SRL, unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction or representation, total or partial, without prior written authorization, is prohibited. The content you enter or generate via the service remains your property, under the conditions provided by the general terms of use.
5. Personal Data and Cookies
The processing of your personal data is described in our privacy policy and our cookie policy.
6. Liability
iclics SRL strives to ensure the accuracy and updating of the information published on the site, without being able to guarantee its completeness. The service is currently offered in a beta testing phase: it may evolve, be interrupted, or contain imperfections. iclics SRL cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or the service.
7. Applicable Law and Disputes
These notices are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable resolution, the courts and tribunals of the judicial district of Namur have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions applicable to consumers. In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, the European online dispute resolution platform is accessible at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
